Den R\u00f6mersalat putzen und in Bl\u00e4tter zerteilen. Die Bl\u00e4tter waschen, trockenschleudern und in etwa 2 cm breite Streifen schneiden. Die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln putzen, waschen und mit dem hellgr\u00fcnen Teil in feine Ringe schneiden.<br \/>\n2. Die Paprikaschoten putzen, waschen und vierteln. Die Viertel quer in 1\/2 cm dicke Streifen schneiden. Die Tomaten waschen und w\u00fcrfeln, dabei den Stielansatz entfernen. Die Kidneybohnen in ein Sieb geben, absp\u00fclen und gut abtropfen lassen.<br \/>\n3. Eine Limette hei\u00df abwaschen und die Schale abreiben. Beide Limetten auspressen. Die Avocado halbieren und den Kern entfernen. Das Fruchtfleisch mit einem gro\u00dfen L\u00f6ffel herausheben und in 1 cm gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Sofort mit 2 EL Limettensaft mischen.<br \/>\n4. Salz, eine kr\u00e4ftige Prise Cayennepfeffer, 1 TL Limettenschale und 4 EL Limettensaft verr\u00fchren, bis das Salz gel\u00f6st ist. Den Agavendicksaft unterr\u00fchren und das \u00d6l mit einem Schneebesen unterschlagen. Das Koriandergr\u00fcn waschen, trockentupfen und mit den zarten Stielen hacken.<br \/>\n5. R\u00f6mersalat, Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, Paprika, Tomaten und Bohnen mischen. Salatsauce und Koriander unterheben. Den Salat auf eine gro\u00dfe Platte geben und die Avocadow\u00fcrfel darauf verteilen.
