Langkorn oder Wildreis (200 g)<br \/>\n1 EL Mehl<br \/>\n3 EL Sahne<br \/>\nSalz und Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p>\n<b>Zubereitung: <\/b><br \/>\nZwiebel h\u00e4uten. Zwei Zwiebeln feinhacken und mit Bratwurstmasse, Thymian, Madeira, Sahne und etwas Salz und Pfeffer vermischen. Pute nach dem Waschen mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und mit der angerichteten Masse f\u00fcllen.<br \/>\nButter in einem Schmortopf erhitzen und die Pute von allen Seiten darin anbraten. Die restlichen 2 Zwiebeln grob gew\u00fcrfelt in den Schmortopf zugeben. Im Backofen bei 200 Grad ca. 2 Stunden garen lassen. Bratenfond aufkochen und mit in Sahne anger\u00fchrtem Mehl binden.
