Diesen Teig aufgehen lassen, bis die Sch\u00fcssel voll ist. Dann Salz und Rest Mehl dazu geben und mit den Haken verarbeiten. Diesen Teig jetzt in eine Stutenform geben. 30 Minuten bei 100\u00b0C gehen lassen, dann 30 Minuten bei 175\u00b0C backen und dann 10 Minuten bei 200\u00b0C sch\u00f6n braun werden lassen.
