Pfirsiche in Spalten, den Litedamer feinstreifig schneiden. Alle vorbereiteten Zutaten vermischen. Creme fra\u00eeche mit Zitronensaft, Salz, Pfeffer, Curry und Zucker w\u00fcrzen und \u00fcber den Salat geben. Sanft mischen. Kurz vor dem Servieren die in Streifen geschnittenen Kiwis unter den Salat heben.
