Aus dem Fisch alle noch vorhandenen Gr\u00e4ten entfernen. Dann das Filet in St\u00fccke schneiden und zusammen mit dem gekochten Reis, dem Orangensaft und der Orangenschale p\u00fcrieren.<br \/>\n2. 1 Ei, Dill und Joghurt unter die Farce mischen, mit Salz, Pfeffer, Koriander und etwas Sojasauce w\u00fcrzen. Aus der Masse mit nassen H\u00e4nden walnu\u00dfgro\u00dfe B\u00e4llchen formen. Zugedeckt etwa 30 Min. kaltstellen.<br \/>\n3. Die Reisnudeln in etwa 2 cm gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden. Das Ei verquirlen. Das Pflanzen\u00f6l in einem Topf hei\u00df werden lassen.<br \/>\n4. Die B\u00e4llchen zuerst in Mehl, dann im verquirlten Ei und zum Schlu\u00df in den Reisnudeln wenden. In hei\u00dfem \u00d6l in 3 Minuten goldgelb ausbacken.<br \/>\n5. Zum Servieren auf Spie\u00dfe &#8211; am besten Zitronengras oder Holz &#8211; stecken.<br \/>\nTipp: Sie k\u00f6nnen das Rotbarschfilet gegen Heilbutt- oder Steinbei\u00dferfilet austauschen. Statt Orangensaft und -schale nehmen Sie Zitrone.
