Den Wok erhitzen und die Sesamsamen darin unter R\u00fchren goldbraun r\u00f6sten, dann herausnehmen und beiseite stellen.<br \/>\n2. Den Spinat verlesen, gr\u00fcndlich waschen und abtropfen lassen. Die harten Stiele abschneiden.<br \/>\n3. Die Putenschnitzel mit K\u00fcchenpapier abtupfen und quer zur Faser in etwa 2 cm dicke St\u00fccke schneiden. Mit der Speisest\u00e4rke best\u00e4uben. Dann die St\u00e4rke mit der Fingerspitze leicht in das Fleisch einmassieren.<br \/>\n4. Das \u00d6l im Wok erhitzen und die Fleischst\u00fccke portionsweise rundherum anbraten, bis sie ganz zart gebr\u00e4unt sind. Auf den Abtropfrost legen und leicht salzen.<br \/>\n5. Die Knoblauchzehen sch\u00e4len und durch die Pressen in das Bratfett dr\u00fccken. Den Spinat hinzuf\u00fcgen, unter R\u00fchren zusammenfallen lassen und mit der H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche auff\u00fcllen.<br \/>\n6. Das Fleisch unterr\u00fchren und das Gericht mit Salz, Pfeffer und Currypulver w\u00fcrzen. Mit den Sesamsamen vermischen.
