Zwiebeln abziehen, halbieren und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Knoblauch abziehen, fein w\u00fcrfeln. Ingwer sch\u00e4len und w\u00fcrfeln.<br \/>\n\u00d6l erhitzen und das Fleisch portionsweise anbraten. Zwiebeln zugeben kurz mitbraten. Knoblauch, Ingwer, Koriander, Kurkuma und Chilipulver zugeben, alles ca. 2 Minuten d\u00fcnsten.<br \/>\nPassierte Tomaten und Creamed coconut oder Kokosraspel zuf\u00fcgen und weitere ca. 30 Minuten schmoren. Abschmecken. Nach Wunsch mit Kokosraspeln und Minzebl\u00e4tter garnieren.
