Eigelb, Zucker und Butter schaumig r\u00fchren, dann die restlichen Zutaten (bis auf Eiwei\u00df) unterziehen. Eiwei\u00df steif schlagen, den Eischnee (bleibt mit ein wenig Zucker \u00fcbrigens l\u00e4nger steif!) vorsichtig unter die Masse heben. Backen: 30 Minuten bei 200 Grad auf der mittleren Schiene. F\u00fcllung: Nun wird der Kuchen wie folgt ausgeh\u00f6hlt: Mit einem Messer wird ca. 1 cm vom \u00e4u\u00dferen Rand ringsherum bis ca. 1 cm \u00fcber den Boden eingeschnitten. Das Innere des Kuchens wird dann mit einem Essl\u00f6ffel ausgeschabt. Die zerkleinerten Kr\u00fcmel werden jetzt mit der geschlagenen Sahne (Sahne + Vanillinzucker + Sahnesteif) und der geriebenen halben Tafel Schokolade gemischt. Damit wird der Kuchen wieder gef\u00fcllt. Die andere halbe Tafel Schokolade wird erst jetzt auf den Kuchen verreiben. Auf keinen Fall fertige Streusel verwenden! Den Kuchen immer im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.
