Mit der fertigen Salatsauce betr\u00e4ufeln. Die Artischockenb\u00f6den und -herzen aus der Dose nehmen, gut abtropfen lassen und auf den Salatbl\u00e4ttern anrichten.<br \/>\nVom Thunfisch das \u00d6l ganz ablaufen lassen (auffangen), das Fleisch in St\u00fccke zupfen, die gehackte Zwiebel, Paprikaw\u00fcrfel und die gehackten Oliven zugeben. Das Thunfisch\u00f6l mit Essig, der zerdr\u00fcckten Knoblauchzehe, Petersilie, Salz, Zucker, Pfeffer, Worcestersauce und Salbei verr\u00fchren und die Thunfischmischung einige Zeit darin marinieren lassen.
