Schwartau)<br \/>\n50 g Butter\/Margarine<br \/>\n2 kg Pflaumen bzw.<br \/>\nZwetschgen<br \/>\n40 g Hagelzucker<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Hefe zerbr\u00f6ckeln, in der Milch aufl\u00f6sen. Mit 4 EL Mehl und 1 TL Zucker verr\u00fchren. Mit einem feuchten Tuch abgedeckt ca. 30 Minuten gehen lassen.<br \/>\n2. Restliches Mehl, restlichen Zucker und Salz mischen. Eier, 8-Kern-Mix und Fett unterkneten. Hefemilch zuf\u00fcgen und alles mindestens 10 Minuten zu einem glatten Hefeteig verkneten. Den Teig mit einem feuchten Tuch abdecken und ca. 1 Stunde gehen lassen.<br \/>\n3. Pflaumen waschen, l\u00e4ngs einschneiden, aber nicht durchschneiden und entsteinen. Teig nochmals kr\u00e4ftig durchkneten und auf bemehlter Fl\u00e4che ausrollen. Auf ein gefettetes Backblech legen.<br \/>\n4. Teig dick mit Pflaumen belegen und nochmals ca. 20 Minuten gehen lassen. Das Backblech in die Mitte des Backofens schieben. Bei 180 Grad (Umluft: 160 Grad\/Gasherd Stufe 2) ca. 20 Minuten backen.
