Die M\u00f6hren sch\u00e4len und (weil es dekorativer ist) der L\u00e4nge nach einkerben. Die Zuckerschoten putzen, einen Keil herausschneiden. Die Shiitakepilze putzen und eventuell einen kleinen Stern in die Pilzk\u00f6pfe einkerben. Den Chinakohl putzen und die Bl\u00e4tter quer in 1-2 cm breite Streifen schneiden.<br \/>\nIngwer sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Knoblauch pellen und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Waln\u00fcsse in einer trockenen Pfanne unter Wenden r\u00f6sten, dann grob hacken. Sesam in einer trockenen Pfanne unter Wenden goldbraun r\u00f6sten.<br \/>\nDie Bohnen in einem Sieb abtropfen lassen. H\u00fchnerfond mit Sojasauce, Sesam\u00f6l. Ingwer und Knoblauch mischen. Koriandergr\u00fcn von den Zweigen zupfen.<br \/>\nIn einer gro\u00dfen schweren Pfanne (am besten im Wok) 6 tb \u00d6l stark erhitzen und die M\u00f6hren darin 2 Minuten unter Wenden kr\u00e4ftig and\u00fcnsten. Nach einer Minute die Zuckerschoten dazugeben. Dann die Shiitakepilze und den Chinakohl untermischen. Gleichzeitig die Broccolir\u00f6schen im restlichen \u00d6l bei starker Hitze kurz anbraten. Den H\u00fchnerfond dazu gie\u00dfen und 1 Minute leise kochen lassen.<br \/>\nBroccoli mit dem Fond und den schwarzen Bohnen unter das restliche Gem\u00fcse mischen.
