Am Morgen das Wasser abgie\u00dfen, mit der gleichen Menge Wasser oder Mineralwasser aufgie\u00dfen.<br \/>\nDas D\u00f6rrfleisch zugeben und ca. 1,5 bis 2 Stunden kochen. W\u00e4hrend dieser Zeit d\u00fcnsten Sie die Zwiebeln, w\u00fcrfelig geschnitten, die Knoblauchzehen, bl\u00e4ttrig geschnitten und die Paprikaschoten, in Rauten geschnitten sowie die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, in Ringe geschnitten, in \u00d6l glasig.<br \/>\nDie Pizzatomaten und die Peperoni sowie Orangensaft zugeben und ca. eine halbe Stunde schmoren. In der Zwischenzeit die Bohnen absch\u00fctten, das D\u00f6rrfleisch in W\u00fcrfel schneiden, ebenso die H\u00fchnerbrust und die Knoblauchw\u00fcrste in Scheiben schneiden.
