Suppengr\u00fcn putzen, waschen und ebenfalls w\u00fcrfeln. Das Fleisch in nicht zu kleine St\u00fccke schneiden, mit Cayennepfeffer w\u00fcrzen und leicht mit Mehl bepudern. Das Fleisch in hei\u00dfem Fett rundherum anbraten. Zwiebeln und Suppengr\u00fcn hinzuf\u00fcgen und unter Wenden kurz mitbraten. Paprika dar\u00fcberst\u00e4uben und mit dem Rotwein abl\u00f6schen, danach die Tomatenst\u00fccke zugeben. Im geschlossenen Topf eine Stunde sanft schmoren lassen. Die     Kichererbsen gut abtropfen, dazugeben und alles zugedeckt etwa 20 Minuten weitergaren. Mit Majoran, Pfeffer und Kr\u00e4utersalz abschmecken.
