Die Zwiebeln abziehen und in Ringe schneiden. Die Tomaten waschen, Stengelans\u00e4tze entfernen, Tomaten in Scheiben schneiden. Eine feuerfeste Form mit Butter ausfetten. Zuerst eine Lage Kartoffelscheiben hineinlegen. Danach Zwiebel- und Tomatenscheiben dar\u00fcberlegen. Jede Lage mit Salz, Pfeffer und Kr\u00e4utern w\u00fcrzen, mit Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln. Dann alles mit der H\u00e4lfte des K\u00e4ses bestreuen. Alle Vorg\u00e4nge wiederholen. Die oberste Lage sollte aus Tomaten bestehen. Den restlichen K\u00e4se dar\u00fcberstreuen und Oliven\u00f6l dar\u00fcbertr\u00e4ufeln.
