Die Putenkeulen mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und von allen Seiten in etwa 5 Minuten anbr\u00e4unen. Herausnehmen und beiseite stellen. Die H\u00e4lfte des Fettes entfernen. Knoblauch, Zwiebeln und die frischen Chillies ca. 1-2 Minuten and\u00fcnsten. Putenkeulen wieder dazugeben.<br \/>\nIn einem Mixer die trockenen Chillies, H\u00e4lfte der Br\u00fche, Oregano, Zimt und K\u00fcmmel p\u00fcrieren. In den Topf mit der restlichen Br\u00fche und den Lorbeerbl\u00e4ttern geben. Einmal aufkochen und bei reduzierter W\u00e4rmezufuhr zugedeckt bis zu 2 Stunden simmern lassen bis die Keulen gar sind.<br \/>\nKeulen entfernen und abk\u00fchlen lassen. In der Zwischenzeit die Br\u00fche bei starker Hitze in 15 Minuten auf die H\u00e4lfte einkochen lassen. Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter entfernen. Wenn die Keulen abgek\u00fchlt sind die Haut und Knochen entfernen. Das Fleisch mit den H\u00e4nden in mundgerechte St\u00fccke teilen und wieder in den Topf geben.<br \/>\nIn einer kleinen Pfanne die Sesamk\u00f6rner mit Sesam\u00f6l in weniger als einer Minute goldbraun r\u00f6sten. Mit Br\u00fche vorsichtig \u00fcbergie\u00dfen. Schokolade zuf\u00fcgen und r\u00fchren bis sich alles vermischt hat. In einem Mixer gie\u00dfen und die Sesam-Schoko-Mischung p\u00fcrieren.
