Fischfilet in dem Wasser 2 Minuten d\u00fcnsten, herausnehmen, abtropfen lassen und w\u00fcrfeln.<br \/>\nGurken sch\u00e4len, l\u00e4ngs halbieren. Mit einem Teel\u00f6ffel entkernen, in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<br \/>\nSellerie waschen, in d\u00fcnne Ringe schneiden.<br \/>\nTintenfisch, Fischfilet, Gurke, Sellerie, Krabben und Muscheln in einer Salatsch\u00fcssel mischen.<br \/>\nIn einem Sch\u00e4lchen die restlichen Zutaten mit Au\u00dfnahme der Salatbl\u00e4tter, vermischen, nach Belieben abschmecken. \u00dcber den Salat geben und kurz unterr\u00fchren.<br \/>\nEine Servierplatte mit den Salatbl\u00e4ttern auslegen und den Salat darauf anrichten.
