B. Limoncello)<br \/>\n<em>Joghurtcreme<\/em><br \/>\n4 Bl\u00e4tter  Wei\u00dfe Gelatine<br \/>\n400 g  Sahnejoghurt<br \/>\n1 TL Abgeriebene Zitronenschale (unbehandelt)<br \/>\n3 EL Zitronensaft<br \/>\n50 g Puderzucker<br \/>\n3 EL Zitronenlik\u00f6r<br \/>\n250 ml  Schlagsahne<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\n1. F\u00fcr den Biskuit Eiwei\u00df und 1 Prise Salz steif schlagen, dabei den Zucker einrieseln lassen und 3 Minuten weiterschlagen, bis ein cremigfester Eischnee entsteht. Eigelb kurz unterr\u00fchren. Mehl, St\u00e4rke<br \/>\nund Backpulver darauf sieben, mit einem Schneebesen unterheben. Masse auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech (40 x 30 cm) streichen.<br \/>\n2. Biskuit im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200 Grad (Gas 3, Umluft 180 Grad) auf der 2. Schiene von unten 7-8 Minuten backen. Teigrand mit einem Messer vom Blech l\u00f6sen und den Biskuit sofort auf ein mit Zucker bestreutes K\u00fcchentuch st\u00fcrzen, Backpapier leicht anfeuchten und abziehen. Teigplatte mithilfe des Tuches  von der L\u00e4ngsseite her aufrollen, abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\n3. F\u00fcr das Aprikosenp\u00fcree die Gelatine in kaltem Wasser einweichen. Aprikosen ab gie\u00dfen, Saft auffangen. Aprikosen, 2 EL Saft und Zitronensaft fein p\u00fcrieren. Lik\u00f6r erw\u00e4rmen, ausgedr\u00fcckte Gelatine darin aufl\u00f6sen, z\u00fcgig unter das P\u00fcree r\u00fchren. Kalt stellen, bis das P\u00fcree zu gelieren beginnt.<br \/>\n4. F\u00fcr die Joghurtcreme Gelatine in kaltem Wasser einweichen. Joghurt, Zitronenschale, -saft und Puderzucker verr\u00fchren. Lik\u00f6r erw\u00e4rmen, ausgedr\u00fcckte Gelatine darin aufl\u00f6sen und z\u00fcgig unter die Joghurtmasse r\u00fchren. Kalt stellen. Sobald die Masse fest zu werden beginnt, Sahne steif schlagen und unterheben. Creme kalt stellen, bis sie streichf\u00e4hig ist (dauert ca. 30 Minuten).<br \/>\n5. Teigplatte abrollen, mit 2\/3 der Creme bestreichen. 2\/3 vom P\u00fcree l\u00e4ngs in 3 Streifen darauf verteilen. Teigplatte vorsichtig mithilfe des Tuches aufrollen, auf eine Platte setzen. Rundherum mit<br \/>\nrestlicher Creme bestreichen, mit restlichem P\u00fcree garnieren.
