B. Creme de Cacao)<br \/>\n<em>Dekoration<\/em><br \/>\n250 g  Erdbeeren<br \/>\n20 g  Wei\u00dfe Schokolade<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\n1. F\u00fcr den Boden die Schokolade hacken und in einem hei\u00dfen Wasserbad vorsichtig zerlassen. Butter, Zucker, Orangenschale und 1 Prise Salz mit den Quirlen des Handr\u00fchrers (oder in der K\u00fcchenmaschine)<br \/>\nmindestens 8 Minuten sehr cremig schlagen. Eigelb nacheinander je 30 Sekunden gut unterr\u00fchren. Fl\u00fcssige Schokolade unterr\u00fchren. Mehl, Kakao und Backpulver sieben, abwechselnd mit der sauren Sahne und Orangensaft unterr\u00fchren. Teig in eine am Boden mit Backpapier ausgelegte Springform (24 cm \u00d8) streichen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 180 Grad (Gas 2-3, Umluft 160 Grad) auf der 2. Schiene von unten<br \/>\n45-50 Minuten backen. In der Form ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\n2. Inzwischen f\u00fcr das P\u00fcree die Erdbeeren waschen, putzen, vierteln und mit dem Zitronensaft fein p\u00fcrieren. Mit Zucker und Tortengusspulver verr\u00fchren und unter R\u00fchren aufkochen. In eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\n3. F\u00fcr die Creme die Schokolade auf einer K\u00fcchenreibe fein raspeln, mit Mascarpone, Orangensaft, Puderzucker und 3 EL Kakaolik\u00f6r verr\u00fchren.<br \/>\n4. Den Boden aus der Form l\u00f6sen, das Papier abziehen. Den sehr saftigen Boden vorsichtig waagerecht 2-mal durchschneiden, sodass 3 B\u00f6den entstehen. Gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig mit dem restlichen Kakaolik\u00f6r betr\u00e4ufeln.<br \/>\n5. Mascarponecreme und abgek\u00fchltes, gut durchger\u00fchrtes Erdbeerp\u00fcree getrennt in 2 Einmalspritzbeutel mit  mittlerer Locht\u00fclle f\u00fcllen. Je 1\/3 der Massen abwechselnd kreisf\u00f6rmig auf den unteren Boden spritzen.<br \/>\nDabei das P\u00fcree auch leicht \u00fcber den \u00e4u\u00dferen Cremering spritzen. Zweiten Boden darauf setzen. Creme und P\u00fcree wie oben darauf spritzen. Mit dem dritten Boden, restlicher Creme und restlichem P\u00fcree ebenso verfahren. Torte 1 Stunde kalt stellen.<br \/>\n6. Zum Dekorieren Erdbeeren waschen, putzen und halbieren oder vierteln. Schokolade mit einem Sparsch\u00e4ler fein hobeln.
