Mit Zucker und Himbeeren mischen. Unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren bei mittlerer Hitze zum Kochen bringen. Offen 8-10 Minuten kochen lassen. Dann durch ein Sieb<br \/>\nstreichen, 6 EL des P\u00fcrees beiseite stellen. Restliches P\u00fcree zur\u00fcck in den Topf geben.<br \/>\n2. Gelatine in kaltem Wasser einweichen. Restlichen Rhabarber putzen und in ca. 1 cm gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden, zum P\u00fcree in den Topf geben, aufkochen und 5-7 Minuten kochen lassen, bis der Rhabarber weich ist. aber noch nicht zerf\u00e4llt. Vom Herd ziehen, ausgedr\u00fcckte Gelatine darin aufl\u00f6sen.<br \/>\n3. Inzwischen die Milchbr\u00f6tchen der L\u00e4nge nach in ca. 1\/2 cm d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. 6 F\u00f6rmchen oder Tassen (\u00e0 200 ml Inhalt) am Boden und an den Seiten mit je 1 EL vom beiseite gestellten P\u00fcree ausstreichen. Boden und R\u00e4nder passend mit den Br\u00f6tchenscheiben auslegen.<br \/>\n4. Rhabarberkompott in die F\u00f6rmchen geben, mit Br\u00f6tchenscheiben bedecken. Mit je 1 Sch\u00e4lchen und einem Glas (oder einer Dose) beschweren und \u00fcber Nacht kalt stellen.<br \/>\n5. Am n\u00e4chsten Tag die F\u00f6rmchen kurz in hei\u00dfes Wasser tauchen und die Puddinge st\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\n6. Sahne und Vanillezucker halb steif schlagen.
