Basmati)<br \/>\n2 EL Butter<br \/>\n1 EL \u00d6l<br \/>\nPfeffer &#038; Salz<br \/>\n1,5 EL Scharfes Currypulver<br \/>\n700 ml  Gefl\u00fcgelfond<br \/>\n1\/2 Bund  Koriandergr\u00fcn<br \/>\n100 g  Sahnejoghurt<br \/>\n2 EL Limettensaft<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\n1. H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilet in 2 cm gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Zwiebel mittelfein w\u00fcrfeln. Knoblauch fein hacken. Ingwer sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Paprika vierteln, entkernen und in kleine Rauten schneiden.<br \/>\n2. Den Reis in einem Sieb unter flie\u00dfend kaltem Wasser gr\u00fcndlich waschen und abtropfen lassen. Butter und \u00d6l in einem gro\u00dfen flachen Topf erhitzen.<br \/>\n3. Gefl\u00fcgel goldbraun anbraten und mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Mit der Schaumkelle herausnehmen, beiseite stellen. Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Ingwer und Paprika im Bratfett and\u00fcnsten. Reis zugeben und 2 Minuten unter R\u00fchren mitd\u00fcnsten. Curry dar\u00fcber streuen und 1 Minute unter R\u00fchren weiterd\u00fcnsten. Mit Fond aufgie\u00dfen und salzen. Aufkochen, dann bei milder bis mittlerer Hitze zugedeckt 25 Minuten kochen lassen; dabei zwei- bis dreimal umr\u00fchren.<br \/>\n4. 15 Minuten vor Ende der Garzeit das Gefl\u00fcgel zugeben. Koriandergr\u00fcn abzupfen, mit dem Joghurt unter den Reis heben.
