Gehackte Petersilie, Salz und Pfeffer zugeben und das Gem\u00fcse etwa 15 Minuten d\u00fcnsten.<br \/>\nDas Gem\u00fcse mit Zitronensaft abschmecken und die Schnecken untermischen.
