Den Bl\u00e4tterteig auftauen lassen. Die Tomaten in einem Sieb gut abtropfen lassen und fein hacken. K\u00e4se jeweils waagerecht halbieren. Aus den Teigplatten 8 Kreise (\u00e4 7 cm \u00d8) ausstechen und d\u00fcnn mit verquirltem Eigelb bepinseln. Die Teigmitte mehrmals mit einer Gabel einstechen. Tomatenpaste darauf streichen und die K\u00e4seh\u00e4lften darauf legen<br \/>\n2. Die T\u00f6rtchen auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 220 Grad auf der untersten Schiene 18-20 Minuten (Gas 3-4, Umluft 200 Grad) backen.<br \/>\n3. F\u00fcr den Pesto den Knoblauch pellen und fein hacken. Die Haseln\u00fcsse in einer Pfanne mit 1 EL Oliven\u00f6l goldbraun r\u00f6sten, Knoblauch unterschwenken und abk\u00fchlen lassen. 12 sch\u00f6ne Basilikumbl\u00e4tter beiseite stellen, die \u00fcbrigen fein schneiden. Geschnittenen Basilikum, N\u00fcsse, 6 EL Oliven\u00f6l und Parmesan im Mixer fein p\u00fcrieren, dann salzen und pfeffern. 3 EL Tomaten\u00f6l mit dem wei\u00dfen Pfeffer mischen.<br \/>\n4. Gem\u00fcse putzen. Bohnen und Zuckerschoten grob schneiden. Spinat grob zerschneiden. Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Schalotten pellen, grob w\u00fcrfeln, mit Kartoffeln im restlichen Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten. Mit Br\u00fche auff\u00fcllen und etwa 10 Minuten weich kochen. Bohnen, Zuckerschoten und Erbsen dazugeben und etwa 5 Minuten mitkochen. Kurz vor Ende der Garzeit den Spinat einmal kurz mit aufkochen lassen. Die Suppe mit dem Schneidstab fein p\u00fcrieren. Pesto einmixen, mit Zitronensaft abschmecken und nach Geschmack nachw\u00fcrzen. Inzwischen 4 Basilikumbl\u00e4tter fein schneiden und auf den T\u00f6rtchen verteilen.<br \/>\n5. Die Suppe portionsweise mit dem Pfeffer\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln und mit einem Basilikumblatt dekorieren.
