Die Butter schaumig r\u00fchren. Das Hefewasser und das Vollkornmehl abwechselnd unterarbeiten. Den Teig mit der K\u00fcchenmaschine 5 Minuten gr\u00fcndlich kneten. Danach mit einem Tuch<br \/>\nabdecken und 20 Minuten an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen. Den gut gegangenen Teig in 4 gleiche Kugeln teilen und zu Fladen von etwa 15 cm Durchmesser dr\u00fccken. Diese auf das gefettete und bemehlte Blech legen.<br \/>\nDen Backofen auf 200 Grad vorheizen. Gleichzeitig eine flache Schale mit Wasser auf den Backofenboden stellen. 1 Eigelb mit 2 Essl\u00f6ffeln Wasser verquirlen und die Fladen damit bestreichen. Die Oberfl\u00e4che rautenf\u00f6rmig einschneiden und mit K\u00fcmmel und Salz bestreuen. 15 Minuten gehen lassen. Die Brote auf der mittleren Leiste 30 &#8211; 35 Minuten backen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Brote sind nicht so riesig, die 2\/3-Menge ergibt etwa 3 pittagro\u00dfe Fladenbrote.<br \/>\nIm Backautomaten Menge eingeben, auf Teig stellen und nach dem Programm mindestens 30 Minuten gehen lassen. Vorher schon rautenf\u00f6rmig einschneiden und mit der Eimasse bestreichen.
