Orangenschale mit dem Sparsch\u00e4ler d\u00fcnn absch\u00e4len. Orangensaft auspressen. Zitronengras l\u00e4ngs halbieren. Ingwer sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Alles mit Limettensaft, Kaffirbl\u00e4ttern und R\u00fcbensirup 5 Minuten leise kochen lassen.<br \/>\n2. Den Schopf der Ananas abschneiden, die Ananas sch\u00e4len, quer in 1 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden und den harten Strunk ausstechen. Die Butter leicht erw\u00e4rmen, jede Ananasscheibe auf einer Seite mit fl\u00fcssiger Butter bepinseln und in den Zucker legen. Ananas mit der Zuckerseite nach oben auf ein Blech mit Alufolie legen. Auf der obersten Schiene unter dem Grill 8-10 Minuten leicht karamellisieren lassen.
