Schale von 2 Zitronen abreiben. 11 EL Saft auspressen. Eine Kastenform (31*11 cm) ausfetten, d\u00fcnn mit Mehl ausst\u00e4uben. Mehl und Backpulver mischen.<br \/>\n2. Butter, Zucker und 1 Prise Salz mit den Quirlen des Handr\u00fchrers etwa 6 Minuten schaumig-wei\u00df aufschlagen. Nacheinander die Eier mit jeweils 1 EL Mehl unterr\u00fchren. Zuerst die Sahne, dann 8 EL Zitronensaft und die Zitronenschale unterr\u00fchren. Restliches Mehl gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig unterr\u00fchren. Cranberries mit einem Teigspatel unterheben.<br \/>\nTeig in die Form f\u00fcllen.<br \/>\n3. Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180\u00b0C (Gas 2-3, Umluft 160\u00b0C) auf der 2. Schiene von unten 90 Minuten backen. Den Kuchen nach 30-35 Minuten lose mit gebutterter Alufolie bedecken. Den Kuchen in der Form etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen. Dann vorsichtig mit einem Messer vom Rand l\u00f6sen und behutsam aus der Form nehmen. Den Kuchen ganz ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\n4. Puderzucker sieben, mit dem restlichen Zitronensaft verr\u00fchren.
