Dabei auch die hell- und mittleren Teile verwenden. Die Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len, waschen und in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<br \/>\nDie Butter in einem grossen Topf schmelzen, aber nicht br\u00e4unen lassen. Den Lauch und die Kartoffeln darin bei mittlerer Hitze unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren etwa 2 Minuten and\u00fcnsten.<br \/>\nDie Br\u00fche angiessen und zum Kochen bringen. Die Suppe zugedeckt bei mittlerer Hitze etwa 15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Kartoffeln weich sind.<br \/>\nInzwischen die Petersilie waschen, trocken schwenken und ohne die groben Stiele fein hacken. Den Gorgonzola von der Rinde befreien und in W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<br \/>\nDie Petersilie und den Gorgonzola unter die Suppe mischen. Den K\u00e4se in der Suppe unter R\u00fchren aufl\u00f6sen.
