Mit dem Rum \u00fcbergiessen und aufquellen lassen oder, wenn Sie den Rum weglassen wollen, im<br \/>\nWasser quellen lassen. Die Eiweisse mit dem Salz steif schlagen. In einer R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel die Eigelbe mit dem Honig, der Milch und dem Mehl verr\u00fchren. 15 Minuten quellen lassen.<br \/>\nInzwischen die Fr\u00fcchte waschen, trocken tupfen und entsteinen oder die Bananen sch\u00e4len. Die Fr\u00fcchte gegebenenfalls kleinschneiden. Den Eischnee auf die Teigmasse geben und vorsichtig unterheben.<br \/>\nM\u00f6glichst in 2 Pfannen gleichzeitig die Butter aufsch\u00e4umen lassen. Den Teig hineingiessen. Die eingeweichten Rosinen und die H\u00e4lfte der Fr\u00fcchte darauf verteilen. Die Pfannkuchen bei mittlerer Hitze 2-3<br \/>\nMinuten backen, dabei die Pfanne mehrfach r\u00fctteln.<br \/>\nDann die Pfannkuchen mit 2 Gabeln in St\u00fccke zerteilen. Den Herd abschalten und den Kaiserschmarrn zugedeckt 1-2 Minuten auf der noch warmen Platte ziehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Kaiserschmarrn anrichten und mit den restlichen frischen Fruechten<br
