H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilets mit Chilisauce, Paprikapulver, 2 EL Limettensaft, 2 EL Oliven\u00f6l und etwas Salz mischen. Nebeneinander in eine feuerfeste Form legen. Im vorgeheizten Ofen auf der 2. Schiene<br \/>\nvon unten bei 200 Grad (Gas 3. Umluft 180 Grad) 30-35 Minuten garen. Kalt werden lassen und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<br \/>\n2. Ingwer sch\u00e4len und Chilischoten putzen. Ingwer. Chili und Schalotten sehr fein w\u00fcrfeln. Mit 8 EL Limettensaft, Senf, Ahornsirup, restlichem Oliven\u00f6l und Salz zu einem Dressing r\u00fchren.<br \/>\n3. Fenchel putzen, auf dem Gem\u00fcsehobel in sehr d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und mit etwas Salz und restlichem Limettensaft leicht kneten. Die Kokosnuss fein hobeln. Die Gurke sch\u00e4len, quer halbieren<br \/>\nund bis zu den Kernen auf einem Gem\u00fcsehobel l\u00e4ngs in feine Streifen schneiden. Die Salate waschen, putzen und gut abtropfen lassen. R\u00f6mersalat in feine Streifen schneiden. Fris\u00e9e klein zupfen.<br \/>\nKoriandergr\u00fcn grob hacken. Den Apfel bis zum Kerngeh\u00e4use auf dem Gem\u00fcsehobel rundherum in sehr d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<br \/>\n4. Salatzutaten abwechselnd locker in eine Sch\u00fcssel schichten. dabei jeweils mit etwas Dressing betr\u00e4ufeln.
