Fenchel putzen in Scheiben schneiden, blanchieren und abschrecken. Kohlrabi, Karotte und Staudensellerie putzen bzw. sch\u00e4len, in 1 cm starke Stifte schneiden, blanchieren und abschrecken.<br \/>\nSchalotte sch\u00e4len, fein schneiden und in einer Pfanne mit 3 EL Oliven\u00f6l anschwitzen. Alle vorbereiteten Gem\u00fcse zugeben und kurz anbraten. Mit Sojasauce und Essig abl\u00f6schen, Zucker untermischen und alles in eine Sch\u00fcssel umf\u00fcllen.<br \/>\nTomaten waschen, abtrocknen und halbieren. Die Kr\u00e4uter waschen, trocknen und fein hacken.
