Petersilie fein hacken und untermischen.<br \/>\nDie Champignons waschen, r\u00fcsten und fein scheibeln. Sofort mit der H\u00e4lfte der Sauce mischen.<br \/>\nDie Radieschen r\u00fcsten und in Scheibchen schneiden. Zu den Champignons geben.<br \/>\nDie Kohlrabi sch\u00e4len und vierteln. Mit dem Gem\u00fcsehobel oder einem scharfen Messer in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<br \/>\nDie Kohlrabi auf dem Teller dekorativ auslegen. Den Radieschen-Champignon-Salat in der Mitte anrichten. Die Kohlrabi mit der restlichen Sauce betr\u00e4ufeln.
