Nach Bedarf noch etwas Mehl oder Bier zugeben. Jedes Shrimps in den Teig tauchen, abtropfen und in den Kokosraspeln rollen. Mit den Fingern die Kokosraspeln andr\u00fccken. In der Friteuse das \u00d6l auf ca. 180\u00b0 Grad erhitzen. Nur wenige Shrimps in das \u00d6l geben, damit sie sich nicht ber\u00fchren, und etwa 1-2 min goldbraun frittieren. Auf K\u00fcchenkrepp abtropfen lassen und auf dem Salatbett servieren.
