Den Salat putzen, waschen, trocknen und in 3-4 cm breite Streifen<br \/>\nschneiden.<br \/>\nIn einer Pfanne die Butter aufsch\u00e4umen lassen, die Wachteln bei mittlerer Hitze 20 bis 25 Minuten braten, bis sie braun und innen gar sind.<br \/>\nAus je zur H\u00e4lfte Nuss- und Pflanzen\u00f6l, Sherryessig\/ Pfeffer und Salz eine Salatsauce r\u00fchren. Die Romanastreifen auf einer Platte anrichten, mit Essig-\u00d6l-Mischung betr\u00e4ufeln.
