Hefe und 40 g Zucker in die Mulde geben. Milch und 1 Prise Salz zugeben und alles zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Den Teig zugedeckt 30 Minuten gehen lassen. Eier mit restlichem Zucker schaumig schlagen. Quark und Sahne unterr\u00fchren. Das restliche Mehl mit Orangeat und Rosinen mischen unter die Quarkmasse heben. Ein Backblech fetten. Den Hefeteig noch einmal durchkneten, auf der Arbeitsfl\u00e4che ausrollen, auf das Blech legen und mit einer Gabel mehrmals einstechen. Die Quarkmasse auf den Teig streichen. Im Vorgeheizten Backofen auf der 2. Einschubleiste von unten bei 200 Grad 25-30 Minuten backen. Den hei\u00dfen Kuchen mit Aprikotierback bestreichen.
