Hitze reduzieren und bei geschlossenem Topf 5-6 Min. weich d\u00fcnsten. Dabei gelegentlich umr\u00fchren. Kartoffeln und Zwiebeln aus dem Topf nehmen und auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen. Eier mit Paprika in einer R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel schaumig schlagen; Kartoffel-Zwiebel-Mischung vorsichtig einr\u00fchren. \u00d6l (2) in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Eiermischung hineingeben und bei geschlossenem Deckel bei mittlerer Hitze 15-20 Min. stocken lassen. Anschliessend unter dem heissen Grill br\u00e4unen.
