Auf einem Sieb abtropfen lassen. Mit Sojasauce, Zucker, den Gew\u00fcrzen sowie Pfeffer und Salz, nach Geschmack w\u00fcrzen. Durchziehen lassen. Mehl mit Wasser und etwas Salz zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Teig in 8 St\u00fccke zerschneiden. Jedes St\u00fcck zu einem d\u00fcnnen, viereckigen Fladen auswalzen. Mit dem zerlassenen Schweineschmalz bestreichen. Die Zwiebelmasse gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig auf die Fladen verteilen. Jeden Fladen zu einem Strudel zusammenrollen und flachdr\u00fccken. Die Enden etwas einschlagen und gut zusammendr\u00fccken. \u00d6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Paketchen ringsherum goldbraun braten.
