Radieschen s\u00e4ubern, halbieren und in Scheiben zerteilen. Kohlrabi sch\u00e4len, in hauchd\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden (oder hobeln).<br \/>\nGartenkresse s\u00e4ubern. Ingwer sch\u00e4len, in feine Streifen zerteilen und mit Sauerrahm, etwas Curry, Bl\u00fctenhonig, Limettensaft und Oliven\u00f6l gut verr\u00fchren, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nAuf je eine Kohlrabischeibe eine Scheibe Lachsschinken legen und mit einer weiteren Kohlrabischeibe abdecken. Die Kohlrabi- Schinkenscheiben quer halbieren, einschlagen und auf einer Glasplatte rundum aufreihen.<br \/>\nIn der Mitte Feldsalatbukett anh\u00e4ufen und mit Radieschen bestreuen. Ingwerdressing \u00fcber den Salat sowie die Rohkost tr\u00e4ufeln und mit Gartenkresse garnieren.
