Kartoffeln waschen und ca. 20 Minuten kochen. Abschrecken, sch\u00e4len und etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\n2. Fisch waschen, trockentupfen und in St\u00fccke schneiden. Mit Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufeln. Zucchini und Lauchzwiebeln putzen, waschen und klein schneiden. Kartoffeln in grobe Scheiben schneiden. Zwiebel sch\u00e4len, fein hacken.<br \/>\n3. Ein EL \u00d6l erhitzen. Fisch mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Im hei\u00dfen \u00d6l von jeder Seite 3-4 Minuten braten. Herausnehmen.<br \/>\n4. Zwei EL \u00d6l im Br\u00e4ter erhitzen. Kartoffeln, Zwiebel, Zucchini und Lauchzwiebeln darin ca. 2 Minuten braten. Mit Salz und Cayennepfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\n5. Tomaten, Schmand und Br\u00fche unterr\u00fchren, 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln. Fisch vorsichtig untermischen und erhitzen.
