Dill waschen und fein schneiden. Mit Senf, Pfeffer und Zitrone verr\u00fchren. Lachs waschen und trocken tupfen. Salzen und mit der W\u00fcrzpaste bestreichen. Zugedeckt ca. 30 Minuten kalt stellen.<br \/>\n2. Kartoffeln waschen und ca. 20 Minuten kochen. Kartoffeln abschrecken und sch\u00e4len. Evtl. halbieren oder vierteln.<br \/>\n3. Essig, Salz, Pfeffer und etwas Zucker verr\u00fchren. 2 EL \u00d6l darunter schlagen. Gurke und Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len. Zwiebeln in Ringe, Gurke waschen und in Scheiben schneiden. Beides mit der Marinade mischen.<br \/>\n4. 1-2 EL \u00d6l erhitzen. Kartoffeln darin rundherum goldbraun braten. Lachs in Streifen schneiden und in 1 EL hei\u00dfem \u00d6l ca. 5 Minuten braten. Lachs ab und zu vorsichtig wenden.
