In der Br\u00fche ausk\u00fchlen.<br \/>\nDie Kohlrabi sch\u00e4len und mit dem Gurkenhobel in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Salzwasser aufkochen, die Kohlrabi hineingeben und weichkochen. Kalt abschrecken und abtropfen. Aus einigen Scheiben F\u00f6rmchen ausstechen.<br \/>\nFleisch aus der Bouillon heben und in W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Mit Bouillon mittels Stabmixer p\u00fcrieren.<br \/>\nPetersilie feinhacken. Die H\u00e4lfte davon mit der H\u00e4lfte des  Saucen-Halbrahms, dem Tomatenp\u00fcree, den  Pfefferk\u00f6rnern und dem Fleisch vermischen. Mit Streuw\u00fcrze und Paprika abschmecken.<br \/>\nKohlrabischeiben mit der Pouletmasse bestreichen. Lagenweise aufeinanderschichten und mit den ausgestochenen Garnituren belegen.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die Sauce den restlichen Saucen-Halbrahm, das Joghurt und die restliche Petersilie mit dem Stabmixer p\u00fcrieren.
