Kalt abschrecken und mit K\u00fcchenkrepp trockentupfen. Mehl, verquirlte Eier und Semmelbr\u00f6seln auf jeweils 1 Teller vorbereiten.<br \/>\nDie Kartoffeln in kr\u00e4ftig gesalzenem Wasser in der Schale kochen. Abk\u00fchlen lassen und sch\u00e4len, dann in mundgerechte W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Avocadofleisch in vergleichbar gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke schneiden. Kresse abschneiden und &#8211; bis auf eine kleine Menge &#8211; mit den Kartoffeln, Avocado, Oliven\u00f6l, Zitronensaft, Salz und Pfeffer vorsichtig vermischen.<br \/>\nZwischen 2 Kohlrabischeiben jeweils 1 Scheibe Raclettek\u00e4se geben, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Jedes Kohlrabi-K\u00e4se-Paket zuerst in Mehl, dann in Ei, anschlie\u00dfend in den Semmelbr\u00f6seln panieren. In einer Pfanne etwas Butter schmelzen und die Kohlrabi-K\u00e4se-Pakete goldbraun braten.<br \/>\nDen Salat mit der restlichen Kresse garnieren und zu den gef\u00fcllten Kohlrabischnitzeln
