Im hei\u00dfen \u00d6l (2 EL) zugedeckt weich d\u00fcnsten. Dann erst salzen, pfeffern und mit Petersilie vermischen. In hei\u00dfem \u00d6l (1 EL) den Reis glasig werden lassen und mit Wein abl\u00f6schen. Unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren nach und nach die Fleischbr\u00fche zuf\u00fcgen, so dass nach ca. 18 Minuten ein Risotto fertig ist.<br \/>\nIn eine ausgefettete Auflaufform schichtweise Kohlrabi und Reis geben, die oberste Schicht sollte Kohlrabi sein. Den Auflauf mit Sahne \u00fcbergie\u00dfen und mit dem K\u00e4se bestreuen.
