Den Blumenkohl putzen, waschen und in R\u00f6schen zerteilen. Die Bohnen kleinschneiden. Die Aubergine sch\u00e4len und in Scheiben schneiden. Den Spinat verlesen, von den groben Stielen befreien, waschen und abtropfen lassen.<br \/>\nIn einem grossen Topf \u00d6l erhitzen, Zwiebel, Senfk\u00f6rner, Ingwer und Kreuzk\u00fcmmel darin leicht br\u00e4unen. Die Kartoffeln zugeben und weiter braten. Die \u00fcbrigen Gew\u00fcrze hinzuf\u00fcgen und die Kartoffeln unter R\u00fchren garen.<br \/>\nDas Tomatenmark mit dem Wasser verd\u00fcnnen und unterr\u00fchren.  Blumenkohl, Bohnen und Aubergine beif\u00fcgen, etwa zwei Minuten r\u00fchren. Die Kichererbsen hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles zugedeckt etwa vierzig Minuten garen. Dabei gelegentlich umr\u00fchren und bei Bedarf n\u00f6tig Wasser zugiessen.<br \/>\nZuletzt den Spinat zugeben und kurz erw\u00e4rmen.
