Wasser mischen. Das Cocosnusspulver mit dem Wasser mischen. Die Gew\u00fcrze im M\u00f6rser zerstossen. Das \u00d6l erhitzen, die zerstossenen Gew\u00fcrze und die Chilipaste darin anbraten. Die Okra&#8217;s, Bohnen und Carotten 5 Minuten mitbraten. Ein wenig Wasser zuf\u00fcgen, falls n\u00f6tig. Dann den Kohl, die Erbsen, den Santan und das Salz beigeben.
