Die Masse wird fingerdick auf ein gerettetes, mit Mehl bestreutes Backblech gesch\u00fcttet und bei mittlerer Hitze wie der Bisquit gebacken. Man darf die Masse aber nicht zu sehr austrocknen lassen.<br \/>\nInzwischen werden die Pilze geputzt und zerschnitten. Man d\u00fcnstet sie mit der geriebenen Zwiebel in Butter oder in Fett. Mit Pfeffer und Salz wird gew\u00fcrzt und solange ged\u00fcnstet, bis der Saft eingekocht ist. Dann wird Mehl mit saurer Sahne verr\u00fchrt und die Pilze damit eingedickt. Man streut feingeschnittene Petersilie darauf. Der gebackene Teig wird hei\u00df auf eine Platte gest\u00fcrzt und die dicke Pilzso\u00dfe darauf verteilt.
