Den Rest des Pulvers mit dem verbleibenden Wasser zum d\u00fcnneren &#8222;Santan&#8220; vermischen. Das \u00d6l erhitzen und die zerstossenen Gew\u00fcrze und das Lorbeerblatt darin zu einer Paste anbraten. Die H\u00e4hnchenteile dazugeben und 5-10 Min. braten. Nun wird der 2. &#8222;Santan&#8220; (der d\u00fcnnere) langsam hineingegossen und das Ganze zum Kochen gebracht. Die Hitze reduzieren und den Curry kochen, bis das H\u00e4hnchen gar ist. Die gr\u00fcnen Chilies, Salz, Glutamat und den dickeren Santan hinzugeben, abermals zum Kochen bringen und weitere 10-15 Min. k\u00f6cheln.
