Das Gem\u00fcse putzen, die Chilis entkernen, Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und hacken. Das \u00d6l in einem gro\u00dfen Topf (ideal: Schnellkochtopf) auf mittlerer Flamme erhitzen, Zwiebel und Paprika zugeben und d\u00fcnsten, bis die Zwiebeln glasig werden. Die Wacholderbeeren zerdr\u00fccken, mit den Peperoni in den Topf geben und den Knoblauch dazupressen. Noch ein paar Minuten d\u00fcnsten lassen. Das Lammfleisch portionsweise zugeben, die Hitze etwas h\u00f6her drehen und das Fleisch anbraten.<br \/>\nWenn alles angebraten ist, den Oregano dar\u00fcberstreuen. Den Topf verschlie\u00dfen und auf kleiner Flamme 2 bis 2,5 Stunden k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis das Lammfleisch zart ist (Schnellkochtopf ca. 1 Stunde, 3 EL Wasser zugeben). Die Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und in St\u00fccke schneiden, zugeben und weitere 20-30 Minuten kochen lassen. Mit Salz und eventuell Cayenne abschmecken.
