Kabeljau)<br \/>\n1 Zitrone; den Saft davon<br \/>\n2 Zwiebeln<br \/>\n2 Knoblauchzehen<br \/>\n100 g Ger\u00e4ucherter Schinken<br \/>\n500 g Fleischtomaten<br \/>\n2 Gr\u00fcne Paprikaschoten<br \/>\n4 EL Butter<br \/>\n200 g Krabbenfleisch<br \/>\n50 g Geriebene Mandeln<br \/>\n1 Lorbeerblatt<br \/>\n1 Priese Safran<br \/>\n1\/8 l trockener Weisswein<br \/>\n3\/4 l Wasser<br \/>\n1 Dose Artischockenherzen<br \/>\nSalz<br \/>\nweisser Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><br \/>\nMiesmuscheln abb\u00fcrsten, gr\u00fcndlich waschen (besch\u00e4digte Muscheln entfernen), Tintenfisch unter fliessendem Wasser waschen, dabei die Innereien entfernen. Die Haut abziehen. Den K\u00f6rper in Ringe, die Fangarme kleinschneiden. Fischfilet absp\u00fclen, trocken tupfen und w\u00fcrfeln. Mit Zitronensaft betr\u00e4ufeln.<br \/>\nZwiebeln, Knoblauch und Schinken fein w\u00fcrfeln. Tomaten kreuzweise einschneiden, \u00fcberbr\u00fchen und enth\u00e4uten, entkernen und w\u00fcrfeln. Paprika ebenfalls entkernen und w\u00fcrfeln. Fett erhitzen, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Schinken dazugeben und unter R\u00fchren and\u00fcnsten. Paprika, Mandeln, Tomaten, Lorbeerblatt, Safran, Wein, Wasser und Muscheln zuf\u00fcgen und aufkochen.<br \/>\nTintenfisch, Fischfilet, Krabben und geviertelte Artischockenherzen mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Alles in die Br\u00fche geben und bei schwacher Hitze zugedeckt 20 Minuten garen.
