Eine Stunde weich kochen.<br \/>\nZwiebel, Sellerie, Karotte und Kartoffel in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und in einem gro\u00dfen schweren Topf in der Butter glasig d\u00fcnsten. Etwa eine Tasse der weichgekochten Erbsen (Menge bezogen auf eine Zubereitung f\u00fcr vier Personen) herausnehmen und mit einer Gabel p\u00fcrieren und zum Gem\u00fcse geben. Die \u00fcbrigen Erbsen ebenfalls beif\u00fcgen, sowie Salz, Safran, Zitronensaft, Rosenkohl, Tomaten und Wasser nach Bedarf.
