Den Ananassaft erhitzen, die ausgedr\u00fcckte Gelatine darin aufl\u00f6sen.<br \/>\nDen Gelatinesaft mit dem Handr\u00fchrer in die Quarkmasse einr\u00fchren. Wenn die Masse beginnt, fest zu werden, geschlagene Sahne<br \/>\nunterziehen, zum Schluss den Eischnee.<br \/>\nDas Wasser mit dem Zucker aufkochen, das Kirschwasser zugeben. Mit der Fl\u00fcssigkeit die Schnittfl\u00e4chen von Boden und Deckel betr\u00e4ufeln. (Nichtalkoholische Variante: Ananassaft verwenden).<br \/>\nEinige Ananasst\u00fcckchen auf den Boden geben, den Rest in die K\u00e4semasse. Einen Tortenring auf eine Kuchenplatte stellen, die Innenseite mit Backpapier auslegen. Den Biskuitboden hineinlegen, die K\u00e4se-Sahne- Masse hineinf\u00fcllen und mit dem Deckel abschlie\u00dfen.
