Eiwei\u00df und 4 El kaltes Wasser steif schlagen. 150 g Zucker und 1 Pk Vanillinzucker dabei einrieseln lassen. Eigelb unter den Eischnee ziehen. Mehl und Backpulver mischen und unterheben.<br \/>\nMasse in einer am Boden mit Backpapier ausgelegten Springform (26 cm) glatt streichen. Im hei\u00dfen Backofen bei 175 Grad 25-30 Minuten backen. Biskuit auf ein Gitter st\u00fcrzen, Papier abziehen, ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/>\nHimbeeren auftauen lassen. Gelatine in kaltem Wasser einweichen. Mascarpone mit Quark und 100 g Zucker verr\u00fchren. Gelatine ausdr\u00fccken, aufl\u00f6sen, mit 100 ml Lik\u00f6r verr\u00fchren und tr\u00f6pfchenweise in die Quarkmasse r\u00fchren. 200 g Sahne steif schlagen. Sobald die Quarkmasse zu gelieren beginnt, Himbeeren, bis auf einige zum Verzieren, und<br \/>\nSahne unterheben.<br \/>\nBiskuit quer halbieren. Um den unteren Boden einen Tortenring legen.Quarcreme daraufstreichen. Zweiten Boden daraufsetzen, ca 2 Stunden kalt stellen.<br \/>\n200 g Sahne steif schlagen, dabei 1 Pk Vanillinzucker einrieseln lassen. Torte rundum mit Sahne einstreichen. 50 ml Lik\u00f6r in einen Gefrierbeutel f\u00fcllen, eine kleine Ecke abschneiden und Schlieren auf die Torte spritzen.
